Dr. Suppiah Murugesan, Lecturer in Law, T.C. Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, delivered talk on Singapore's Economic Triumvirate at the National Judicial Academy, Nepal on 19th March, 2008. Judges, government attorneys, judicial officers, government legal officers, and private law practitioners participated in the program. In the talk, the speaker discussed the political and economic strategies adopted by the government of Singapore to deliver economic prosperity. Delivering the talk, he also discussed with the participants on the role of Multi-national Corporations (MNCs), Government Link Companies (GLCs), Housing Development Board (HDB) and Central Provident Fund (CPF) for the strengthening the economic of Singapore. The talk was really interactive in nature. During the talk participants put their questions regarding the idea on the economic prosperity of Nepal.
