National Judicial Academy organized a Training of Trainers Program for the Senior Official of the Judicial Service and Private Law Practitioners from 10th to 15th February 2008 as a part of annual program. The objective of the conducting ToT was the development of the extended faculty of the NJA. The program was participated by the senior officials of the judiciary, government attorneys, senior officials from Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Private Law Practitioners. The program was based on process based ToT. Adult learning method was followed during the program. Useful interactions were held among the participants and facilitators. With a view to transfer of presentation and facilitation skills, each participant made a mock presentation and feedbacks of the presentation was also received. Mr. Ram Bhakta Shrestha and Dr. Dinesh Pant from Administrative Staff College and Dr. Rajendra Suwal led all the sessions in the program. On the final day, evaluation forms were distributed to all participants and asked them to give their feedback on overall training program- both academic and logistic aspects.
