NJA organised One Day Seminar for Private Practitioners on 7th Feb 2008 at the NJA Training Hall. Seminar was participated by the Junior Lawyers Practicing in Kathmandu Valley. The topics covered in the seminar are Art of Drafting, Art of Pleading and Trauma Counseling. Advocate Anil Kumar Sinha presented paper on Art of Drafting in which paper Senior Advocate and President of Nepal Bar Association Mr. Bishwakanta Mainali chaired.

Similarly, Advocate Luv Kumar Mainali covered the Art of Pleading in whcih Advocate Komal Prakash Ghimire chaired.   Advocate Usha Malla presented paper on Trauma Counseling in which Justice (retd.) Tope Bahadur Singh chaired the session. The participants were limited in 20 numbers.

Program Coordinator was Hon. Om Suvedi, Judge, Court of Appeal and, similarly, Section Officer Mr. Mohan Sagar Bashyal was Assistant Coordinator of the program.
