Kathmandu Feb 5. The mid-term review of the Strategic Plan of the Nepali Judiciary is complete. The Review Report was  submitted to Rt. Hon Chief Justice Kedar Prasad Giri by the Review Committee headed by Hon. Justice Kalyan Shrestha. The review was facilitated by the National Judicial Academy (NJA) for which it had signed a MoU with DanidaHUGOU June 20, 2007. Dr. Ananda M Bhattarai,  Judge, Appellate Court and Faculty NJA, had worked in the Team as Member. Besides, Judge Rajendra Kharel, Faculty, NJA had coordinated the review work on behalf of the NJA.
